He did a terrible job. This would never have happened under Charlie Whiting.

His excuse today was as bad as they come.
"It's for the sport. We messed up the whole year for Max, and that's why we are in this situation today, but we will bend the rules in his favor once more so the guys can race one lap. Max with brand new tires and the other dude with old ones. Because everyone hates yellow flags."
