The audit group has lost about 2 people a month since June. It’s been hectic. My industry group went from 5 to 3 dedicated non shareholders; and then 2 of the others who work in the group about 30% of the time in their off season also left.
I am so behind and yet busy season approaches. And in this market my firm ( top 10 in US) isn’t offering enough $$& in hire bonuses to get a lot of new people compared to other firms and companies.
