saw earlier in the day called to say she didn't feel well when she got home, took a covid test and tested positive. No dinner or birthday celebration. We were supposed to go with friends to dinner. Nope. My wife is supposed to go to St. Louis Thursday so that she can be there with her mother and siblings on Friday to celebrate what would have been her father's birthday if he hadn't passed away a couple of months ago. She plans to get a test on Thursday and go on Friday if she's negative.
I was supposed to have band practice tomorrow and we're supposed to play a gig out on Thursday. Guess I'm out which sucks for me and the band since I sing lead on about 1/3 of the songs. It all just sucks.
