The closest one to me that lists a price is the Marriott across the river, 0.6 mi, $199/night -- (edited)

There’s a residence inn by Marriott and a bed and breakfast that are closer but don’t have rates posted.
Not sure when Hotel West & Main (on the corner of Elm & Fayette, because that’s not confusing at all) is opening, but that’ll be closest once it does.
