Once I got my family lines in place I took on a project to map everyone in US history with my surname, and the most fun thing was seeing the migration

Like there was an invisible fence along the Mason-Dixon line from coast to coast.

Personally I was also able to connect with a third cousin in my home town I never knew about until we saw each other's Ancestry trees, and we met and exchanged old photos.
