is very long and complicated. Shelby did kickass records research. It was 23andme that nailed it when I was given more 3rd cousin matches, talked to the one guy and asked for his grandparents' last names. He was thinking some other grandparent, named the one. That sas the name. That was the key that unlocked the puzzle. I gave Shelby that last name, and she identified the father.
