Nah, there's no shortage of potential hosts (and the 2026 World Cup will be in the socialist paradise of Canada)

Having it every two years probably increases the number of viable hosts - smaller countries would be better placed to host on their own rather than making a joint bid.
The scheduling and the qualifying are the bigger issues IMO.
