Train yourself to mouse with your other hand. It's slow going at first, but worth it, and doesn't take as long as you think.

You don't need that much fine motor control to mouse most of the time. Trickiest thing is button-finger mapping. I leave mine alone and just mentally switch modes, but some people prefer to reverse the orientation.

I've been using left-hand mouse for work and right-hand mouse for fun for years now, and it's resulted in significant reduction in wrist issues.
