Spiderman did work for her charity. Happy would have met her the same way, then.
But the real question is, did the spell change Spidermans history? Tony found Peter Parker, not Spiderman. Was he ever an Avenger? If not then the spell messed people up even more. Happy loved her but does not even remember how they met?
