Fucking hell. Airline jerking us around again on changed flights

They've separated us on two different itineraries do we arrive 12 hours apart. Can't change the flight online "please contact an agent" "ooh, call volumes are too heavy we can't accept your call and the first call back is Dec 31"

To fucking Twitter, again, for some damn reason.
