Looks like the theater seats about 1500 people. What looks like the third balcony level is marked unavailable (presumably not used).

The balcony section (maybe half the seating), has 40 seats booked. The main level section has about 120 seats sold

I thought it might be because of the Sunday date but the Saturday one isn't much better. We're basically a week and a half out from the show.

Makes me wonder if there is some way to score discounted seats given how few are sold vs. buying them on Ticketmaster...
