the commercial real estate market is going to be wild for the next few years.. so many companies are selling off buildings or breaking leases.

not that is is new, it's just accelerating. my old company in Maine went from a full campus plus 3 or 4 aux buildings, they're now just one building on the campus, leasing out the rest... and that happened before COVID since they transitioned all possible workers to WFH.
