I'm going to WD as a company to do better. Ordered 2 8TB drives. They put them in a box and tossed a half inflated bubble thing on top.

No padding between and none on the bottom. Of course both drive arrives physically damaged. I contacted them and sent them pictures per their request. Now they are saying they are filing with UPS and will get back to me.

IT'S NOT UPS' FAULT YOUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT SUCKS!

I feel like I need to call them back and demand my money back now, not in 8-10 days pending a UPS investigation.
