I was just frustrated by all the repetition, which hardly makes it ambiguous. The trial arguments were more interesting and they didn't show them.

There was a lot of wasted time in that movie. Plus, eesh, Affleck did not push himself very far out of his comfort zone.
Kingdom of Heaven was better. I'd even say Crowe's Robin Hood was more watchable.
