So you wouldn’t think Kelce is worth a 3rd and an 11th?

I get there’s a cost to give up a pick and then keep but at some point if you’re keeping 8-10 players, that keeper pick is a 4th RB/WR 2nd TE/QB

What I'm saying is that any team that keeps only Kelce and one other player and gives up their first pick also is screwing themselves.

Kelce is worth a lot, but if David wants to keep 10, he would have to throw eight of the people he wants to keep back into the draft pool.

No. It means I get your third round pick. You just lose the 1st,2nd,4th,5th …. On down. You have 15 picks to spend however.

If this is possible, I'll give you the fifth overall pick for Kelce right now. But I don't think it is possible. -- nm

We'll need David to weigh in on this, now or later.

This approach makes more sense to me, but to my understanding, as of the last time i brought it up, it hasn’t actually been determined how it will work going forward -- nm*
