No. It means I get your third round pick. You just lose the 1st,2nd,4th,5th …. On down. You have 15 picks to spend however.

It’s not trading for the 1st pick post-keeper…it’s 2 different transactions. A 3rd for Kelce. Then an 11th for keeping Kelce as your 10th pick having kept 10 players.
