What I originally saw/read about it (and can't find now) is that a lot of these deaths are months after COVID and may be due to vascular issues, though I think it's too early to say if these are a result of the initial COVID infection or something else?
Regardless the reason, the people are not COVID-positive when they die and therefore are not listed as COVID deaths. So of the course the anti-vaxers are running with this and saying the vaccines are killing people.
(I'm not a scientist so what do I know)
