But I don't have a 3-11 pick. My first pick wouldn't be until 11-11 if I keep 10 players.

Go back and look at the draft thread. You seem to be forgetting how this works. We didn't have a full round until 7 in Astronauts.
Rounds 1-3 combined lasted only three picks more than 7 alone.
If Crash picks five people, he doesn't have picks in the first five rounds. He has picks in rounds 6-15. You can call those rounds 1-10 if you like, but they're variable based on indeterminate data, specifically how many players other teams keep.
Promising a draft position/range, something at least four players have already done, is much simpler.
You're missing the forest for the trees here.
If you want Crash's 8th round pick for Kelce, it might be the 10th or 12th actual pick in the draft.
