Is that we should have Jan-Aug to trade players before draft order is set
Then the cost of keeping any player would be your highest pick, 2 players your 2 highest picks, etc

David's argument is you can't keep any player if you don't have a 1st round pick. You need a 1st and a 2nd to keep 2 players, etc.
