He owns them all. He owns all 15 picks until the Keepers are locked and he uses the X first # of picks on his keepers.

The trades and the usage of draft picks on keepers are two transactions.

No. I clearly say he's keeping Russell, DK, with 1-8, 2-8, I have his 3-8, he's using his 4-8 to keep his 3rd keeper, 5-8, 6-8, 7-8 is the Kelce spot
