This kills draft pick trading, FWIW -- (edited)

No one's giving away a keepable player for what ends up being a mid to high round pick, and no one's giving up all their keepers to only hold on to two or three guys.
Responses:
It'll force more player for player trading rather than pre-draft pick-based trades.
