IF HE KEEPS FIVE PLAYERS, HE DOESN'T HAVE 3-8.
As I've explicitly informed other coaches who already made trades, it's the responsibility of the player to make good on an agreed upon trade. It's like a margin call.
Since someone is picking at 3-8, someone else has to cede that pick. This is the part you're either missing or refusing to acknowledge.
In this scenario, for you to have 3-8, Crash can only keep two players.
