Yes, 3-8 does happen too. I pick my 4th player since I either picked with 1-2, 2-2, 3-2 (either fresh player or a keeper)

Why would I give up a top 25 re-draft player for what could be anywhere from a 5th round pick to an 8th round pick based on the keeper whims of a coach, making a decision months after we agreed to the trade?
