We're allowing for an uneven number of keepers now, giving managers the opportunity to manage their franchises like never before.
If one team keeps 8 players, they have 7 draft picks.
If another team keeps 2 players, they have 13 draft picks.
What phrasing makes the most sense there to you? My intention here certainly isn't to confuse anybody.
