Then why isn't the CEO of VW in jail when they conspired to evade emissions laws on diesels that were so popular

those pollution laws are there because it kills people
it kills elderly and infants
statistically you could show an uptick in death rates associated with the number of illegal engine cars...sure you can't pin this person's demise to that car but still people died for their bottom line, bonuses and stock dividends, someone should be in jail
