"Check-in: A bit of a challenge. I had reserved two, 1-bedroom suites and after visiting one room, I returned to the Front Desk and was moved to the other side of the building (more natural light given the shorter daylight hours) and the second room was too close to the elevators. Overall, the Front Desk attendants ranged from meh to OK – nothing remarkable. Not the most friendly or welcoming group of individuals, but I have a bias against men in these positions (and I interacted only with men on this visit). Front Desk attendants can make or break a hotel visit."
