I honestly don't understand how a back-up like that on I95 can happen. Can't understand why it would take 24 hours to move whatever's in the way or

people aren't re-routing at other exits.
Responses:
Not sure how it gets to that point but at some point you end up with a LOT of stalled cars that can't move having run out of gas blocking things.
