ty, mud, Marlowe - a few responses for the book comments

for the book that will make me smile, I already have Where The Deer And The Antelope Play by Nick Offerman lined up. I read a different book of his, so I know he will make me smile.
Poetry - we have a special inaugural edition of Amanda Gorman's The Hill We Climb. In spirit, it might be a cheat but it is a book and I have to get through 50 of them.
A book by your favorite author. Pick an author. I'm hoping Michael Connelly releases a book in 2022 (he surely will)
A book from a different political perspective. We have a biography of Nicolo Machiavelli here that looks interesting. It also promises to talk about how different thinkers interpreted him through history. That is what I'm going to use.
A book that scares you. I have never actually read Fahrenheit 451. The thought of burning books makes me shudder.
Novelist is a book search program for Librarians. I'm using Cloud Cuckoo Land as my book from it.
A western - I've dodged Blood Meridian long enough. Time to read it.
romance - I'm planning on The French Lieutenant's Woman.
A book by a local author. I'll probably read The Sand Pebbles by Richard McKenna (he was born and raised in this town). But a guy who spent the last years of his life not too far from where I live (thus having an Idaho affiliation) went by the name of Ernest Hemingway.
An audiobook read by the author - get over it. I'm on the waitlist for The Storyteller by Dave Grohl. I figure the best voice to tell stories of Dave Grohl's life is Dave Grohl.
