I can't remember which one it was, but this was at SETAC.

(Whatever program it was, I signed up on the spot at the kiosk in the airport.) My guess is most people don't do it because they're tight on budget, and if they could do it we'd just end up in the same long line to the same scanner. The only practical difference was that money changed hands and I got to cut the line.
