Do you have a dental school close to you? Maybe you could get some work done on the cheap by letting students practice for classes.

I know dental schools around here do that. I'm not saying it's ideal, and I get the idea of letting students do stuff is maybe scary, but just throwing ideas out.
Sorry you are feeling so down and defeated. It's not a good place to be. Sorry man.
