I mean, maybe. But games\PS5 are only 25% of the their revenue.

They're a diversified company with a long history of steady profit, and a pretty long history of dominating console and video game sales.

Just because something might be a boon for Microsoft doesn't mean it'll hurt Sony substantially. Even if it did, that drop is years away. The PS5 is already killing the XBox in sales and I don't see this acquisition changing those sales much.
