Plus when they 'added' bus-only lanes they didn't bother enforcing it, so Fedex and others said "thanks for the free parking!" and caused the buses to now try to poke their way into busier center lanes.

Enforcement has to come with the creation of these bus and bike lanes otherwise drivers will just ignore it and park wherever they want. - Krusty Jan 19, 10:36 1
