Update: So I did manage to talk to someone at Travis County and got the documents I requested!

They're not the documents I need. What I need are the facts and conclusions of law which are *not* in the decision or order and are a completely different file that you have to know to request since it's not on the list of documents you can request.

Requesting those specifically now.
