Domestic flight: You have to wear a mask in the airport and on the plane. That's all. -- (edited)

No test required, no proof of vaccination required.
When you check in, it will likely ask if you have symptoms.
San Diego or California could have local rules about proof of vaccination to get into restaurants, etc (not sure)
