but lately I've been having shoulder pain while sleeping (I sleep on my side) and so I started using one of those bamboo pillows my wife had and it seems to work well enough. I don't notice pain most days but I'm not a huge fan of the "memory foam" style of it. I'd like to replace it with something similar that would still give plenty of support my shoulder apparently needs in relation to my head/neck but when we went into the store to look it was overwhelming :)

I’ve had trouble for years with finding the perfect pillow. My neck and shoulders hurt more days than not (more than likely because of stress) and - kelly Jan 25, 09:52

- yeah, I wasn't clear above. I'm stacking my down on top of the bamboo. I think the bamboo pillow is just a tad too firm for me and I don't like how - oblique Jan 25, 08:53 1
