same here in Texas...problem is while the GOP here wants to REQUIRE you to show your DL or ID to vote, they won't let that count as your registration

You still have to fill out another form and get a card...a card that for some reason entitles you to vote...but they think shouldn't also require back-up.

If they REALLY wanted to prevent fraud, they would just have you show up, have your DL or ID scanned and you may vote...but that would actually INCREASE the number of voters and that isn't something they want.
