I could use a lamp, one that isn't harsh, but provides good lighting for reading. Do I want tabletop for that end table? Or do I want a floor lamp? Do we have favorite lamps here on ST?

Desk lamp —I think a lot depends on the bulb you put in, TBH, but smaller lamp for more intimate/relaxing reading—floor lamps are overkill for that -- nm - Flavorize Jan 28, 10:59
