The results are predictably ominous. In short, in a municipal election, where voters tend to be more engaged and experienced, extrapolated out to 2020 voting numbers would have resulted in 38,000 requests for ballots denied (they then extrapolate how many of those would not end up voting at all) and mail in ballots rejected after submission would have resulted in 31,000 fewer votes. Biden won by 11,000.
