I get the whole "If you don't like it, don't give them your money" philosophy, but in the end, that company wants your money.

So if it comes down to "We don't get their money, but we keep this employee" or "We get their money if we get rid of that employee", the accountants will do the math and determine how much is "enough". There are companies - Carhartt, for example, that will take a principled stand and are willing to lose money (of course, Carhartt could easily be punished for doing the opposite, so there's some business sense to their decision). Right now, it feels like Spotify has taken a principled stand to support Joe Rogan's garbage. And, as for Joy Behar, she's just another of those dummies who doesn't understand the First Amendment. Joe Rogan can say whatever garbage he likes. Spotify isn't obligated to give him the soapbox, though.
