I was really upset on Tuesday as the doctor called me and wanted to talk through worst case scenarios. Wednesday he was more positive.

Thursday he was upbeat but warned me that we weren't out of the woods yet. Today he waited until just now to call and was happy. The current plan is Trish will be extubated tomorrow and kept in the ICU overnight Saturday for observation. BUT

all that worst case scenario crap was just crap.

TONIGHT I SHALL HAVE TACOS!
