I'm due for another colonoscopy this year. I wonder if they will suggest that. Maybe not since I've had a polyp in the past.

Right, if you need to have a scope after, that would be diagnostic, not a screening, so their payment may differ.

yeah, doc said it was pretty damn effective. He mentioned also that they don't do the prostate "fingers in your bum" method anymore for prostate

I heard that PSA wasn't very reliable and I do have family history. I'm kinda annoyed when my doctor doesn't check.

PSA has a false positive rate of about 70% and a false negative rate of about 20% -- nm
