Based on my own anecdotal experience with ICU fog, over the next couple weeks she should start to acknowledge some of the things she was saying

as "non-sensical" and may want to talk through those situations with you, perhaps more than a couple times. This is a good sign and you should be on the lookout for it. Best wishes.
