she's quick, curious, a really fast learner, process-driven. you know the type.

J is really not a great fit for the job. honestly just a bad hire and I knew it, but I was empowering the hiring manager to make choices, so here we are. she has almost zero finance skills and has a very high opinion of her own opinions.

we have vaccine reporting requirements and mandatory weekly testing for unvaccinated employees.

which one of these employees do you think is unwilling to get vaccinated and said this morning that she's willing to lose her job over the testing requirement? is it the one I would like to replace or the one that I thought might give me some relief from working long hours?

I'll give you a hint: I'm pretty f*cked for budget season and EOFY.
