I doubt you'd ever get the casinos even if you could prove they had knowledge of it. I mean people bet on wrestling matches, and they have a predetermined outcome.
maybe if you got the coach onboard, and he talked about specific instances and choices he made that affected outcomes, but there are still a million variables beyond his control.
