It's a one-stop place to put down all the important info someone would need. Also - someone needs to know it *exists*.

For the passwords etc, i have it printed on a dated separate page and just folded and placed in that spot - it will change so no point writing that in the book itself.

It also helps you think in advance of what people will need to know.
