we can't use our carport for a while

we have a ladder hanging up under one of the eaves.
during the winter (spring?) a robin built a nest on the side of the ladder.

for the second time since then there are little baby birds in the nest.

any time we go out the door to the carport or park the car, it freaks the mama robin out...so we'll steer clear of it.

through the door, though, we can see the little heads sticking up out of the nest. i held abby up to watch the mama feed the babies through the door after dinner.
