It is a pretty brilliant idea to mitigate the potential losses from the promotion.

Also it cracks me up that since it’s not legal in Texas yet, he’s got to drive over a state line (to Louisiana I think) to place the bets, which he did via app, making them the largest bets placed via app so far.
