that was an awful sentence.
when you step on a particular spot on the floor, it sounds like someone is knocking on one of the walls.
really freaky. i don't think heather knows about this, and i don't want to tell her.
the 2nd story of the house must be strangely joisted. at least now during the summer it doesn't sound like someone is walking around in the hall outside the rooms as the joists warm up when the heat comes on.
