just an fyi...talked to my stockperson at Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney.....regarding Citigroup....

Citigroup is offering to buy the preferred stock that is out there and give common stock in exchange (which is worthless). She says they are hearing in Washington that Citigroup will be Nationalized with a month and half (two at the outside). She advised to get rid of it...

just throwing that out there for people...research it yourself and make your own decision
