Convicted of a misdemeanor for shooting at a disabled man he thought was holding another man hostage and accidentally hitting the hostage.

Although the caregiver wasn’t a hostage, and he had told the police the disabled man wasn’t a threat, and wasn’t holding a gun, he was holding a truck. There’s nothing about this that ISN’T outrageous.
